These are two executive orders signed by Governor John Helm declaring that A DIGEST OF THE STATUTE LAWS OF KENTUCKY, OF A PUBLIC AND PERMANENT NATURE FROM THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT TO THE SESSION OF THE LEGISLATURE ENDING ON THE 24TH OF FEBRUARY 1834, WITH REFERENCES TO JUDICIAL DECISIONS, by C.S. Morehead and Mason Brown, was to be considered an accurate representation of the statute laws of the state, and could be used in Kentucky courts.
